General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply click on the Get A Quote link and your submitted enquiry for quote will be responded by our chat agent. You can also view at some of our budgetary quotes when you view at Our Services page individually.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! Just whatsapp a picture of the area that need deep cleaning to 9049-7568

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes, cleaning supplies are included in the quote. We only use eco-friendly cleaning products and commercial grade cleaning equipment for the deep cleaning to be effective.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. At least 1 day advance booking is advised.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, just let us know how to access your house by putting the information in Get A Quote form.

HOW LONG WILL THE CLEANING SERVICE TAKE?

We can advise an estimated duration but general rule of the thumb is that our cleaning experts will be there for as long as it takes until the job is completed. It can be as short as half an hour, or as long as a few days! It really depends on the cleaning service you requested.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Payment can be done by cash or bank transfer.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn’t any cross-contamination from house to house.

However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $10 per visit ($15 for move-in/out cleanings). You can opt-in to this option from your customer dashboard.Also, you can click here to see a list of items to have on hand. Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of deep cleaning services. You can see the different services by clicking on the “Our Services” button.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

It depends on the cleaning service you require. It can be from one cleaner to a team of up to as many cleaners required, each cleaning service is unique.
